LUMEN is expanding! We are seeking AMFT’s with 1,200 hours to join our team! Candidates must meet requirements to be registered in CA have experience providing cognitive-behavioral interventions and/or other evidence based treatment modalities.
Enjoy the benefits of an academic setting (built in structure, emphasis on consultation, collaboration, and training) with the feel of a private practice (smaller group, autonomy in scheduling, flexibility to work from home).
The ideal candidate for LUMEN will:
1. Value professional development and have interest in attending weekly consult meetings, monthly group meetings, and local/national conferences when applicable.
2. Have identified trauma as an area of specialty or is interested in developing trauma as an area of expertise.
3. Be at true team player with an interest in joining a collegial, supportive, and social group of clinicians.
Because LUMEN specializes in trauma, we are seeking therapists who have identified trauma as an area of expertise and plan to predominantly build a caseload within this specialty area.
